If a medical problem is noted, we will refer you to your family doctor or SHEA ENT Clinic prior to fitting a hearing instrument. Hearing aids are only fit when necessary.

Hearing aids are only part of the solution. We will provide you with instructions necessary to help use and maintain your instruments successfully. And if you are not satisfied with the hearing instrument or the service, you may simply return them within 30 days and receive a full 100% refund.
